The least discussed and among the most treatable. Worth naming.

Vaginal dryness

Less interest in sex than you would like

Needing the toilet more often, or leaking

Over the last month.

This is a record of your symptoms, not a diagnosis. Menopause is diagnosed on your history, and under the age of 45 usually on blood tests too. Other things cause several of these symptoms, which is exactly why they are worth going through with someone rather than deciding alone.
