Refer for

Maternity

Refer a low or intermediate-risk pregnancy for shared antenatal care or the full episode. The team manages the pregnancy, delivery and postnatal care, and returns the patient to you.

ColpoCare (cervical)

Refer an abnormal Pap, a positive HPV result, a suspicious cervix, or unexplained bleeding for single-visit colposcopy and treatment. The patient comes back to you for follow-up.

How to refer

No formal letter needed. Tell us the preferred site. Email admin.pta@networkonehealth.co.za (or admin@networkonehealth.co.za as a backup), or call the site directly: Johannesburg 011 458 2497, Pretoria 012 320 0167.

Send the details

For ColpoCare, send the Pap or HPV result first. We confirm the booking once results are in.

We book the patient

We arrange the appointment and send confirmation, location and preparation instructions.

You stay informed

For maternity, you get structured reports at booking, the anomaly scan, mid-trimester review and discharge. The patient returns to your care.

A note on payment

How referral work is paid.

We do not pay for referrals. Where we delegate clinical work back to you, such as the ColpoCare six-month test of cure, that work is paid.

You can register directly.

You do not need a referral to join a programme. Complete the registration form and the team at your nearest site will contact you.
