Your care team

These are the people who will look after you.

One agreed fee does not mean an anonymous team. It means the opposite: everyone below works from the same plan and the same record, so nobody has to be told your story twice. Midwife-led, with a specialist obstetrician overseeing every pathway.

Clinical leadership

Who holds clinical accountability, sets the standards, and is on call behind the pathway.

Dr Howard P Manyonga, Specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist. Founder and clinical executive

Dr Howard P Manyonga

Specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist. Founder and clinical executive

MB ChB, FCOG(SA), MRCOG(UK), MBA

Dr Manyonga oversees clinical governance across every centre, and the specialist obstetric cover behind the midwife-led pathway. He has spent over a decade building value-based maternity models, and his work is on the parts of care that reduce variation: written protocols, defined escalation thresholds, and measured outcomes. He also holds the partnerships with the hospitals and the funders.

Dr Majachani has been a specialist in independent practice since 2001, with more than twenty years in obstetrics and women's health. He leads on high-risk pregnancy and on supporting natural birth, and he sets the obstetric standards the network runs to. He works alongside the midwives, anaesthetists and neonatal team rather than above them.
