How we use your information
This page explains, in plain language, how Network One Health uses the information you submit through this site. We process it under POPIA. For the full detail, read our data processing policy.
What we collect
When you register as a patient, ask us to call you, book a call, or refer someone, we collect the contact and clinical details you enter, and which page the enquiry came from. If a payment is ever involved, that goes through our payment provider directly — we don't handle or store your card details ourselves.
Why we use it
We use it to respond to you, to coordinate your care or a patient referral, to confirm eligibility and pricing where that applies, and for care coordination. This is clinical and operational use under POPIA section 11.
Who sees it
Only the Network One Health team and the clinicians involved in your care, for the purposes above. We do not sell your information. Referral details sent by WhatsApp or email go directly to us and are not stored on this website.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@networkonehealth.co.za and we will assist.
