NOH Maternity Programme

Your whole pregnancy, one team, one transparent fee.

The Network One Health Maternity Programme is a complete, bundled maternity-care programme, from your first booking visit to your six-week postnatal review, delivered by one coordinated team of midwives, doulas, doctors and specialists under the supervision of specialist obstetrician Dr HP Manyonga. No surprise bills. No fragmented care. One programme that covers your pregnancy from start to finish.

NOH Maternity Programme

Who it's for

Women with a low-risk pregnancy who want structured, personal, midwife-led care with a specialist obstetrician overseeing every step, whether you pay cash or belong to a medical scheme. Suitability is confirmed at your first assessment. Pregnancies that need high-risk care are managed on a specialist pathway instead.

What's included

  • Complete antenatal care from your booking visit, on a defined visit schedule
  • All routine pregnancy scans and blood tests on your care pathway
  • Antenatal classes, a three-class series covering pregnancy, birth and baby
  • Doula support through labour
  • Midwife-led labour and birth with immediate obstetric back-up
  • Hospital delivery at our partner hospitals
  • Postnatal care for you and baby, up to the six-week review

How it works

  1. Book your first assessment. We confirm your dates, take a full history and check that the programme is right for you.
  2. Follow your care plan. Scheduled visits, scans and classes, each one with a purpose, each one with the same team.
  3. Give birth supported. Midwife-led birth with a doula at your side and an obstetrician available throughout.
  4. Recover with follow-up. Structured postnatal care until your six-week review closes the programme.

Where you deliver

  • Johannesburg: Busamed Modderfontein Private Hospital (antenatal visits at our Woodmead, Sandton rooms)
  • Pretoria: Louis Pasteur Hospital (visits at Health Connect, Pretoria Central)

Why families choose the programme

  • One fee, agreed upfront, you know the cost of your entire pregnancy before it begins
  • Midwife-led, obstetrician-safe, personal, continuous care with specialist back-up at every stage
  • A real team, doulas, midwives, doctors and specialists working from one shared care plan
  • Proven structure, a defined clinical pathway for every visit, scan and check

Already pregnant and planning? The free pregnancy companion turns the visit schedule into your own, with real dates from your due date.

Separate-bill ranges are typical 2026 private-sector figures for South Africa and vary by provider. Your exact NOH fee is confirmed after a short eligibility and affordability check.

After your six-week review

The programme ends. The relationship does not have to.

Your six-week review closes the maternity programme, and it is also the visit where your Pap smear is offered. What comes after it is one annual visit that keeps looking at the whole of you: screening, contraception if you want it, and whatever the year has thrown at you. Most women only find out this exists years later.
