How to reach us, by centre
One WhatsApp number works for every centre, day or night. Here is which number does what, so you never wait on the wrong line.
We get asked this more than anything else, so here it is in one place.
One number for every centre
WhatsApp 071 224 2788. It works for Johannesburg, Pretoria and every centre we open, at any hour. Use it to book, to move an appointment, or to ask a quick question. Save it in your phone under Network One Health.
To speak to a person
WhatsApp 066 499 2713. This is our Johannesburg team, and they are real people during working hours. They book appointments for every centre, not only Johannesburg, so you do not need a different number for Pretoria.

If something feels wrong
Message the universal line, day or night, and tell us what is happening. In an emergency, go straight to your nearest emergency unit. Do not wait to be told it is nothing.
