Independent practices join the pathway through business-to-business agreements with NOH.
One of four NOMA deployment models. NOMA separates the clinical model from the ownership model, so the same governed maternity pathway can run under different arrangements with a hospital or a group.
How this arrangement works
You stay independent, we connect you.
NOH contracts with the affiliate practice on a business-to-business basis. The practice remains responsible for its clinicians' registration, competence, indemnity and deployment. NOH retains programme clinical governance, pathway standards, audit and escalation. Roles, payment and reporting are agreed with the practice upfront.
